EL GRECO TOURS Convention Department, offers specialised and quality oriented services in the filed of Convention Tourism, since it operates according to the guidelines of the PCO (Professional Convention Organisers) and is capable of organising from small meetings of ten people, to conventions with thousands of delegates. It consists of executives with many years in Convention Tourism and the provision of services in precise programming and designing, as well as organising, co-ordinating and administrating the convention. EL GRECO TOURS intervene in budgeting, assisting sponsors and funding, Exhibition organising and co-ordinating the Scientific Programme. EL GRECO TOURS also manage the abstracts and registrations, the sponsors and all economic elements, the operation of a Press Office, the organisation of Press Conferences and promotion to the Mass Media. EL GRECO TOURS intervention also includes the design, overview and printing of all convention material, the Social Programme, the special accompanying person's programme, the tours, providing full Secretarial support and finally the submission of the financial results.
